WhatsRent is free to list and free to apply. Bids and applications are non-binding inquiries until a lease is signed offline. WhatsRent does not collect rent or broker fees.

4. Trust Scores

Trust Scores are based on self-reported information and optional verification. They are a guide, not a guarantee. Landlords should conduct their own due diligence.
